What bulb should I use?
Use the 15W incandescent bulb included with your lamp. Avoid LED bulbs as they do not generate enough heat for the lamp to work properly.
My lamp is sweating - is that normal?
Yes. Salt lamps absorb moisture from the air. If your lamp is in a humid environment or has been switched off for a while, it may sweat slightly. Keep it switched on as much as possible to prevent this.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Salt lamps and bath products must be unopened to be eligible for a return.
